During the software development process, we meet extensively with our customers. First, we meet to elucidate their specific requirements, which will be used to create the software design. This design is discussed thoroughly with the customer, ensuring that it incorporates all of the required features. Upon final customer approval, we proceed to the implementation stage, where we actually build the software. We believe in a user-centered development process, where we involve the principal users of the system as much as possible during software development. This ensures both that the developed system is easy to use, and that it meets the users' requirements.
