Kaplan K12 Learning Services Timeless was selected to build a marketing/e-commerce web site for Kaplan, a worldwide leader in the education industry to market their different products and provide a place to purchase them online. This involves a web system built by Timeless that maintains all product lines, products and online orders. The web based system is secure, robust and scalable. The system was developed using PHP and a MySQL database, and includes multiple layers of security for the various users of the system. We are including this project reference in our profile because: The web based system has a content management system for pages through out the site. The system has product lines and product management. Product details, pricing, taxes and shipping can be managed through an administration section. Many of the product lines, products, and their details are often state specific and also managed through a secure administration section. System content is displayed to users based on either a selected state, or the state of the user profile. Product orders can be made online and processed through the administration. Users can also log in to the system to track the status of their orders. The Timeless team have been helping us to manage the integration of new technologies into our existing business processes with common sense, integrity, clarity and timeliness. Veterans Affairs Canada Timeless was selected by Veteran Affairs Canada to plan and create an e-Business online reservation system for the Vimy Ridge Memorial Guided Tours and Beaumont-Hamel Guided Tours in France. This e-Business application was created to allow visiting guests to book guided tours on which ever date they wanted throughout the year as well as group tours. After booking the tour, the user is emailed a full confirmation of their reservation. This site is fully bi-lingual in French and English and open to all visitors from different regions of the world. This site also collects and manages all site reservations through the tour operator, allowing Veteran Affairs personal to change and update availability of tours, track reports, and review upcoming tour reservations, as well as manage all tour users. The reports provided give the tour operators the ability to track daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly statistics on who visited the site, where they were from, age group, language spoken, which provides valuable information to Veteran Affairs Canada on their client statistics. We are including this project reference in our profile because: Timeless was engaged to assess all elements and requirements needed to transition the old pen and paper reservation system to an online e-Business interactive solution. This included reviewing all documentation on the old system, working with VAC staff to understand the requirements of the system and provide a detailed transition strategy. Timeless developed the entire e-Business solution which included the following functionality to be incorporated: interactive calendar function, interactive reporting function, user administration functionality, automatic updates to clients, reservation management, full data capture, storage, and manipulation. Getting the reservation system up and running is one of European Operations' major accomplishments this year in terms of visitor services. Thank you Timeless team for making it happen. Eureka! Ranch Timeless was hired by Eureka! Ranch to build a fully functional online system to manage these growth and implementation phases. The system accomplishes this by gathering client information from sessions held via questionnaires, creating workbooks to be used in the sessions, gathering all ideas from the sessions and using mathematic formulae for scoring ideas. People from all around the world can rate the ideas and provide feedback. We are including this project reference in our profile because: Timeless was engaged to assist in assessing all elements of Doug Hall's business practices, determining new methodology and applying new processes which would enable Eureka! Ranch to improve their business offerings. Before Hiring Timeless, Eureka! Ranch had only been able to track basic questionnaires online. Timeless was able to build upon this a much more comprehensive solution that involved complex math to implement. The new system Timeless developed allowed Eureka! to provide final material, information and reports to their clients and also serves as a sales and marketing tool for their sales personnel.

DementiaGuide DementiaGuide Inc. is dedicated to improving the lives of people living with dementia. DementiaGuide Inc. engaged with Timeless to develop their revolutionary first product, SymptomGuide. SymptomGuide is a compilation of over 25 years of the internationally recognized Dr. Kenneth Rockwood's expertise and research in the field of Dementia. SymptomGuide allows professional or personal caregivers to easily categorize and track the symptoms of a Dementia patient over time through a web based application at www.DementiaGuide.ca. The caregivers can then, in turn, analyze the data, run reports that show progress in a graphical form and more. These reports can then be printed off by the caregiver and given to the appropriate doctor. We are including this project reference in our profile because: Timeless managed the project from concept to development to commercialization, and is now a permanent professional services supplier as DementiaGuide continues its technological and health research and development. The project involved extensive consultation with Dr. Rockwood and his team at Dalhousie and the GMRU to translate years of research into an intuitive system which anyone can use. The system permits data mining, analysis and reporting of many different symptoms and influencing factors. This data mining and analysis system architecture has since been extended to other applications outside of the original SymptomGuide by Timeless.
